Every person you want to get life healthy and fit all the time to be able to implement activities with smoothly. If you want healthy of course we must do habits and healthy lifestyle in the daily of life, healthy way of life is how we tried to improve the quality a better life.
How healthy are you? Do you have a healthy diet? Do you exercise regularly? Do you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day? Do you get enough sleep every day? Do you have been apply a healthy way of life?
Tips healthy life I will discuss in here. Everyone certainly have a way and the tips its own, but ideas under will be more useful for you. Let’s see ;)

1. Breathe Clean Air

Clean air usually occurs in the morning. You can begin by familiarizing yourself to wake up in the morning, you out of the room. And go to front of the porch, there you can breathe in fresh air and healthy. And open all window of a house, so the air went into the house. Usually air morning yet polluted from various pollution which is common during the day, so that it can help you to clean the lungs and provide fresh air for your lungs.

2. Drinking Mineral Water

Always a healthy life with consuming mineral water. In general, people will consume 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. By taking into account the mineral water intake, you be able to making bodies always keep fit and also avoid poison and not salubrious other substances and mineral water can also help to destroy venom that is in our bodies.



3. Fibrous Food

Suffuse food being fibrous every day. Food fibrous the apple, carrots and nuts. Function fibrous food is maintain the body of the bacteria. Avoid fast food! It was delicious, but the risk of fast food higher for diabetes and high blood pressure.



4. Regular exercising

You can perform minor movement in the morning, like a leisurely walk, gymnastics, or a small run around the house. Aims to maintain the body to be fit and healthy.

This is one of the causes of ulcer disease, because eating pattern irregular. Do not underestimate this disease! We must prevent this disease by eating healthy food and regularly.

One simple strategy that can help ensure you get optimal amounts of sleep is to go to bed earlier. Getting into bed by 10pm or 10.30pm is a potentially useful investment in terms of your short- and long-term health and well being. Shutting down the computer or turning off the TV early in the evening is often all it takes to create the time and space for earlier sleep.
